Pie with zucchini
Good day! Today we are going to prepare a fairly simple dish, namely Pie, aka quiche with zucchini. Simple in preparation but very pleasant in the batter, fried with soy sauce, zucchini and creamy filling - the perfect start to the day or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Leeks

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Parmesan

    8 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

  • Mint

Initially knead the dough. RUB the yolk with the flour, add salt, wine, olive oil and knead quite soft, elastic dough.

Now let's prepare the filling. To do this, cut the zucchini circles or a bit smaller, it will add a finely chopped leek (or white, it is certainly possible and a regular onion) and crushed garlic (in the skin). And will fry in a decent amount of olive oil. In the middle of cooking add the soy sauce.

Bring the zucchini to about this condition and add a bit of mint.

Will beat into a soft mousse together eggs, cream, cheese (you can take Parmesan and another hard cheese, but better if with a bright taste), a couple pinches of salt, nutmeg, and salt.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, roll out the dough 5mm thick, pinned, stacked in well-greased with olive oil form, put the filling, pour the egg mixture, primitive edge and into the oven for 40-45 minutes. A couple of tips: do not pierce the dough through strongly, and the form is better to use with removable sides. And carefully when forming - activite place the filling, the omelet will rise and if will emerge - it will be difficult to remove the cake from the mold.
