Spanish soup with chorizos
Simple and sooo delicious soup, bright not only in taste but also in appearance. The next day the soup was even better, for some reason. I recommend to cook this delicious soup. Agree? Cook?

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Lentils

    100 g

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Oregano

  • Basil

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    500 g

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

For cooking soup, I chose the beans that requires no soaking.

And immediately sent to stew, 1.5-2 hours.

Beans drain in a colander.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat vegetable oil (ideally olive). Add the onion, diced

Chopped garlic and makarasana parsley, saute for 5 minutes.

Add spices, mix and cook, stirring 3 minutes.

Pour beans

Add tomatoes

Add the lentils, pour in the stock. Cook half an hour, until soft lentils.

Chop the chorizo.

Add sausage to soup and cook another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour into hot soup bowls.
