Rice with seafood
I read in the comments to the contest "Fast from "Moulinex" that the seafood can be used, according to the conditions. Preminuo than not to use it. Fragrant rice with seafood and pineapple. Well "Caribbean" - not a random name.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Herring

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    100 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Olives

Cooking

Previously, the wash rice and cover with cold water for 20 minutes. Slice celeriac into strips, fry it in vegetable oil.

Add the onion - straws.

Squeeze the garlic.

Grate the ginger on a fine grater. A couple of inches from the root, not more.

Add petiolar celery. I cut it lengthwise, and then across the plates.

Add the seafood mix.

The liquid from canned pineapple.

Add the rice (the water in which soaked, drain), pour water (boiled, warm) so that it covers rice on one finger.

Add salt to taste. Add the curry.

Bring to a boil. A couple of rings of pineapple, cut into pieces, put to the rice.

Cover, and diminish the fire to a minimum. Cook for 40 minutes without opening the cover.

To file I decided. On a plate lay one ring of pineapple, a Fig, and then another ring and Fig. Garnish with olives and parsley.
