Description
One of the favorite treats of the Italians. In our family even had to taste. The best cook (http://www.povareno k.ru/recipes/show/26 2/) is one option, but I want to present this a slightly different. This is one of the favorite of my kids.

Cooking
Prepare everything that we need. I take regular sugar and just spun in a blender. Nut - I took half almonds and half walnuts. Ground almonds (no flour, and crumbs), walnuts can be mangled, but you can also use the blender. It is important to remember that we do not need flour and pieces.
Beat sugar with eggs, add flour, baking powder, flavoring and mix well. Then a nut and a couple of spoons of flour.
And the last stage of chocolate (Trou on a coarse grater) and more flour.
The dough is quite soft. Divide into 4 parts. Take the dough and, using your flour (I roll optional), as if pulling and a little positiva, salmon sausage.
Of this amount, the test turns out 4 sausages. Their shaping I'm doing on the sheet.
Will heat the oven to 180*C and bake our kobaski 20 - 25 minutes. They remain pale
Take out of oven and give a little to cool for 5 minutes (I specifically turned the sausages, to see that they are pale, and "polosochka" tanned quite a bit)
Now cut our sausages neatly into slices the thickness of 1-1,5 cm Can be cut a little nicoson, then the slices will be bigger
Lay out rows again on a sheet and bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes. In the process of drying turn our crackers on the other side
Let them cool and... call everyone to the table :-)
