Cooking
500 g cherries (100 g to leave) folded into a refractory form + 4 tbsp. sugar, lemon juice, cover and place in oven (180*C) for about 30 minutes. I put 15 min in the microwave.
Let cool slightly and make in a blender puree. Need to taste, if sour, add more sugar. 1 pack of gelatin to prepare and to pour in our sauce.
Then the fun begins. We need to make a "plate" out of our puree. We have 2 bowls (or any container) of different sizes. To great to lay a plastic wrap, pour the puree, less push in the center of the puree and put it to not pop up, remove the design in the fridge for a couple of hours. The height of the plates bring the stock to a puree not to spill overboard.
The remaining cherries (100g) and cottage cheese mix well + coconut, whip cream, adding sugar to taste. Gelatin (to prepare 1 pack) mix with cottage cheese and cherries, add whipped cream, stir gently.
Our "plate" of the cherry puree already frozen. Pour into a small capacity a little hot water for a minute and gently take it out. That turned our "plate". However, the photo is not very well seen.
Now our cheese-cream mass to put in the hole (i.e. in the middle of the "plates") and put in refrigerator to congeal.
When ready, flip the bowl onto a plate and remove plastic wrap. All the dessert is ready. Decorate as desired and put in a refrigerator before serving.
