Cooking
Make the cheese cream: for this I pureed the cottage cheese through a sieve, to avoid lumps, added the egg yolks, semolina, sour cream, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, carefully mixed and left to semolina has absorbed the liquid.

The top layer consisted of meringue, which I whipped the whites with sugar until peaks and top are a bit decorated with stripes of jelly.
The prepared cake was sent to the oven for another 35-40 minutes at 180*C until just brown the meringue.
