Potatoes thoroughly wash. Put in the pot. Pour water, cook until tender. Drain off the water. Make a sauce: soft butter, grated cheese, sour cream, chopped parsley, salt, ground black pepper, very finely chopped garlic. Mix everything. Potatoes cut lengthwise (in 3 parts), put on a greased form. (I have one not got) Spread on every kartoshinu sauce and put in a preheated 250 deg. the oven.
