Ingredients
Onions cut into rings approximately 5 mm
Flour, beer and egg, whisk, salt and pepper to taste
With a fork, dip the onion ring in the batter and send in a pan with hot oil (amount of oil - about 1 cm from the bottom of the pan). Fry on both sides
Spread on a cloth, allow to drain oil
Our rings are ready, very easy and fast!!! Perfectly with ketchup or any other sauce!!!
