Pickled cabbage with beetroot and mustard
Krizevci. There are many recipes of this wonderful snack, but not find this here, try this wonderful appetizer to any garnish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    5 piece

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Mustard

    10 tsp

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 l

Cabbage pickled with beets need to boil for 30-40 minutes, cabbage, Megumi's into 4 pieces, or 6 pieces depending on size of cabbage. Separately boil the beets and cut the floor rings.
