Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    8 g

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Chocolate milk

Gelatin cover with water and leave to swell for 30 minutes. Heat the milk, add the cocoa. RUB the yolks with sugar and add to milk.

Prepare 2 pans (one was part of another) for the water bath. In a wide pan pour water to a height of 3 inches and bring water to a boil, put on low fire. It is important that a small pot is not touching the water! The egg-milk mixture put in a water bath and cook, stirring constantly, until thick liquid cream 10 to 15 minutes.

Remove from the heat, allow to cool, the mixture was warm, but not hot. Add the gelatin and mix well to dissolve the gelatin. Place in a cool (not cold!) water for 5-10 minutes.

Take the cream, they should be at room temperature, and whisk until a stable foam. I churned with a whisk if a blender, the result would be oil. It is possible with a mixer at low speed.

Then gently add milk-egg mixture, continue whisking.

Pour into molds and put in refrigerator until firm.

Drop the form in hot water for a few seconds and spread on a dish. Remove the dessert in the fridge for 10 minutes, then decorate and serve and enjoy light, airy, creamy dessert. Bon appetit!
