Cooking
Peas-washed and soaked for a few hours. Then drain off water and add new, cook until tender.
The chicken, wash and fill with cold water. Bring to a boil, remove the scum, add salt and cook on medium heat for about 1 hour.
Wash the rice (I used rice cultivar "Jasmine" from TM "Mistral") and add to the chicken broth, cook for about 10 minutes
Onions cleaned, cut and fry in butter. Then add to the soup and cook for about 10 minutes.
Peel the garlic and finely chop, also chop the dill. For chopped dill and garlic, add the soy sauce and pre-boiled peas, mix everything and add to soup. Cook the soup another 10 minutes.
The soup is ready, serve.
