Description
Very soft and tender cake with light notes of orange. You know, many of our "cooks" trying to stick to a healthy diet. I dedicate this recipe to them!

Cooking
To remove the zest from half the orange and finely chop. Squeeze the juice of 1 orange.
Whole wheat flour (150 gr) mixed with 1 tsp of baking powder and sift.
100 g softened butter vzbit with 100 gr of sugar.
I took brown sugar TM "Mistral".
Gradually to the sugar-butter mixture, add zest, half of a squeezed juice (about 30 ml), milk (120 ml) and the flour with the baking powder. Whip until a smooth dough without lumps.
The dough is placed in the oiled form (size 30х10 cm), bake 30-35 minutes in a pre-heated oven to 180 gr. Ready to test a torch.
This cake can be used for cakes. I just covered two types of frosting, was delicious. For white glaze, mix the remaining orange juice with powdered sugar (about 100 grams, may need more or less). For the chocolate glaze, mix 1 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp potato starch and 2 tbsp cold water. Alternately apply the two kinds of icing on the cake and make the stains with a match. Over time, the glaze hardens.
