Description
The best motivation to cook something, is to buy new cookie cutters, utensils, etc., No, hunger, of course, also the motivation.. but we are now on lovely :) was looking for a baking pan girlfriend and accidentally found yourself molds for tartlets. Test drive was successful, and at the same time and delicious! Even if you're not a fan of onions, try to cook. And fans especially recommend!

Cooking
It's very simple. Onions cut into thick rings, about 0.8 cm
The dough is pre-defrost.
In olive oil sauté the onions for about 4 minutes on each side.
Pour vinegar, sprinkle with thyme and sugar. For this recipe I recommend Demerara sugar, it is always the way when you want to get the caramel taste. Cook on low heat for another 7 minutes.
Molds lubricated with oil, put onion.
Roll the dough, cut circles slightly larger than the diameter of the molds.
Cover with onion circles of dough, prick it with a fork, tuck the edges inside.
Bake at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
