Cupcake with candied fruit and dried fruit
This cake is a favorite cake of my husband, a win-win alternative for both everyday and festive table. Prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    5 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Dried fruits

    300 g

Butter pre melted, cool. Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle semolina (I have a form with a diameter of 22 cm) the Oven to include at 200 gr. Eggs with plain and vanilla sugar, vzbit in a lush foam (5-7 minutes) on high speed of mixer.

Dried fruits and candied fruit, mix with 2 tbsp flour until evenly distributed in dough.

Turn off the mixer and hand mix gently the dough with dried fruits. Put the form in the oven for 40-45 minutes (focus on your oven)

When the cake is ready, be sure to refrigerate, otherwise it will crumble. Decorate the cake according to your taste. I just sprinkled with powdered sugar.
