Pana bread
Dessert breads with dried fruits, honey, seeds, sprinkled with sesame seeds. Historically baked from the white wheat flour. Very fragrant, with a delicate structure with a pleasant citrus note and a delicious crust, smelling of honey.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    520 g

  • Milk

    230 ml

  • Yeast

    1.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Zest of grapefruit

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Dried apricots

    5 piece

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Cranberry

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Dried apricots and prunes wash, dry and finely chop.

Lay in the bucket of CPS's yeast, flour, salt, sugar, oil, egg and milk. (Products put according to the instructions for Your CP).

After the signal CP add sunflower seeds, dried apricots, prunes, raisins, lemon zest and cranberries. Click "Start".

As the bread has finished baking, pull it out and immediately lubricated with honey.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Be sure the bread is completely cool down. Then the top crust will stick and will become very soft and fragrant.
