Cooking
Tofu cut into cubes. Mix soy sauce, grated ginger, chopped garlic and sesame oil. Pour the marinade the tofu and set aside to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Eggplant cut into cubes and sprinkle with salt. After it will need a good squeeze (you can wash in advance). Vegetables I took eggplant, leek, carrot, bell pepper, petiolate celery, and mushrooms. Can I have more tomatoes, a little corn on the cob, green beans, radishes... what your heart desires. All cut into cubes possible.
Heat the sunflower oil in a wok or frying pan and add the tofu, fry 5 min.
Add those vegetables that takes longer to cook. In my case, carrots, celery and leeks. Fry for a few minutes (3-5).
Add the remaining vegetables (peppers, mushrooms, eggplant) and cook for another few minutes. The fire is quite large.
Add the honey and the remaining marinade, season to taste (salt, sweet and hot peppers, coriander) and cook for 1 min.
Garnish with cooked Chinese noodles (rice). When serving, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Very, very tasty!!! Bon appetit!
