Cooking
In the empty pot, you should pour the water to half and put in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. So the pots are "ready" to the dish. Pork wash, cut into thin slices. Salt, pepper, add spices and herbs (I oregano, a mixture of peppers, cumin).
Mushrooms clean, wash, cut lengthwise.
Onion peel, wash, cut into rings.
Peel potatoes, wash, cut into slices.
After 20 minutes remove the pot from the oven, pour water. In hot pots at the bottom put the butter.
Begin to lay the pots. On the bottom put the meat. Then a layer of onions and mushrooms. The top layer is potatoes. When laying you should "flatten" the layers down, as if to crush them. You should leave about 1.5 cm to the edge of the pot. After the pot is laid, put a couple of Bay leaves and pour the dry white wine (any). The wine should cover all the contents of the pot. Put in oven for 1 hour at 180-190 degrees.
After a time the pot get put on top of grated cheese (here I have just a slice of cheese), cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. That's all! Bon appetit!
