Balls of liver
I offer excellent Eastern eateries balls from the liver. Very simple and easy dish, I think, will appeal to many in Your family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat

    2 piece

The liver is removing all of protocoi, film and cut into large chunks, fry in olive oil until soft. Onions cut in big pieces and fry. Bread slightly toast them in the toaster or oven.
