Cooking
For a start, the chicken breast must be washed and dry. Then cut into thin strips (l=5 cm).
Spread on a heated pan with oil, chopped chicken, sprinkle with dry seasoning for chicken, salt and fry on a medium heat.

Start cooking vegetables. Bell pepper remove seeds and cut each into 2 parts. To shift it on the laid parchment baking sheet and put bake for 15-20 minutes, at a temperature of 170 C. Then the peppers need to turn to the other side, using kitchen tongs, and put to bake for another 5-6 minutes. When the peppers are ready, take them out of the oven and put in a plastic bag, for 15-20 minutes until they cool down. Package tying tightly. This is needed in order to peel from the peppers easily shot. Now the peppers get from the package, remove the skin and cut into small pieces.
Cut the onion coarsely, that these lobules do not melchite and fry until transparent, do not need to overcook. You can add garlic if you are not for a romantic dinner.
Cut thin slices of eggplant, sprinkle with salt, optional pepper added. I have soy sauce with peppers, so I did not add. And fry eggplant on both sides.
Spread the eggplant in a greased mold, one layer, it should be enough for 2 layers.
Then cut the zucchini slices, add salt and fry.
The eggplant spread on top 1/2 of pepper.
Put onion and zucchini, put the chicken meat. Now repeat the layers again.
The most important thing in this dish is the sauce. Take plum sauce - 5 tsp (I have a calculation like this: for 1 serving, and I have them five, 1 tsp plum sauce), add 2 tsp olive oil (only him, otherwise you'll kill the flavor of the plums). Then pour 2 tsp of soy sauce (I have caramelized and spicy sauce, it is sold there, where they sell sushi).
All this mix and gently pour the middle of each serving
Sprinkle a little grated cheese, spread on the edge of the form, cut the slices drain and send in a preheated 200 C oven for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve. You can't imagine how it is delicious, lots of vegetables, roasted chicken, flavorful sauce and a nice dinner provided to you))). Bon appetit!
