Bags of Philo of Turkey, Camembert and plum
In my opinion, this combination is just perfect! Each product is quite simple by itself, but together they transformed into something special! By the way, a glass of dry wine here is not superfluous.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

    4 piece

  • Turkey

    100 g

  • Soft cheese

    125 g

  • Drain

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Anis

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Plums cut into cubes and saute until soft, adding a 1st. L. water. In my case, plum pretty hard, so it took me 10 minutes

Add sugar, cinnamon, anise, black pepper and leave on heat until the sugar is dissolved. Constantly stir.

Slices of Turkey breast salt and pepper, brush with 1tbsp. L. sunflower oil IDEAL. Fry in a dry hot pan.

Camembert cut into slices.

Fried Turkey also.

Sheet of Filo cut into squares. From one sheet got 6 squares with sides of 15 cm Fold on each other in three squares. Each lubricated with sunflower oil, and two lower-in full, at the upper edges only.

Put in the middle a few slices of Turkey, cheese and a teaspoon of plum mass.

Collect in a bag.

Do all 8 bags. To be sure, you can tie the thread to not spread when baking. Put in oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Here they are supposed to be: rosy and delightfully crispy! Don't forget to remove the string!
