Delicious soups with mushrooms and cheese
The first favorite of my family.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

  • Cheese

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

To prepare broth, cook the chicken.

Remove chicken, cool, remove the skin, separate the meat from the bones. Set aside.

Peel the potatoes. I usually start by throwing a few whole potatoes. Then they take out, knead, and back to the soup - so it's getting thicker.

Grate the carrots thin strips and fry in vegetable oil.

Separately fry the onions until Golden brown, then add the chopped mushrooms, saute for about 10 minutes.

Using 10 min add the sliced potatoes, then throw the carrots, onions and mushrooms. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

The time has come for the cheese. Cut into cubes and throw into a saucepan. Add salt, sweet pepper and Bay leaf, cook for another 15 minutes. In the end, add the chicken meat.
