Cooking
Potatoes need to clean, cut into pieces and boil in salted water. Then drain the water, mash into a puree and cool.
Breast grind, making minced (or to take ready-made minced chicken). In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onion, add the beef and fry until cooked. Cool slightly ready the stuffing.
Mix mashed potatoes, minced chicken, add chopped dill, season to taste. From the resulting meat to make croquettes. Slice of minced meat mash into a ball on the palm, put in the middle of a long block of cheese and form a long sausage. It's easiest if my hands are covered with flour.
Total should have 8 croquettes. Prepared croquettes place for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
While the croquettes are cooled, you need to make the sauce. This pepper should be cut in half, remove pits and lay the slice down on the grill. Roast under the grill until the skins darken. Better to do it at the beginning of cooking. After the skin is sufficiently charred, place the peppers in a bag and give them to steam in a closed package.
To remove skins from peppers and grind into a puree. This helped me a food processor first.
In a mashed pepper to add a sweet mustard, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste, add sweet paprika to enhance the taste and mix well. A tasty and vibrant sauce. It is necessary to close the lid and put it in the refrigerator.

Mix the flour with salt and pepper, transfer to a platter. In another plate pour the beaten egg. And in a separate deep bowl pour bread crumbs. Bread the croquettes first in flour, then in egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry the croquettes until Golden brown in vegetable oil, lay on paper towel to blot excess fat.
