Original tasty fish recipe which has been proofread by me a few years ago in the book "world Cuisine" and is very well taken root in our family

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    0.5 kg

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    0.66 cup

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Ginger

  • Lemon

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

Mix the juice of 1/4 lemon, salt, finely grated ginger (or powder). Fish cut into pieces, stir into the lemon mixture, leave for 10 minutes. Pieces of fish roll in flour mixed with salt and red pepper, lightning fast sear on high heat, so that the top was crispy and the fish inside remained moist.

Then in the remaining oil fry the finely chopped onion and garlic until Golden, add the washed and drained raisins and half nuts - coarsely crushed.
