Beef in honey-mustard marinade with nuts

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Cashews

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Meat to cut small slices.

For the marinade, mix the honey, mustard, mayonnaise, chopped nuts, salt, pepper. Put the meat in the marinade for 30 minutes.

Fry meat in hot oil until tender. Serve with your favourite side dish.
