Cabbage with chicken hearts, from Lana
Long thought, what to cook of chicken hearts? A little onion, garlic, seasoning herbs, cabbage small forks, tomatoes for giving acidity. And now the dish is ready!

Ingredients

  • The pie

Hearts wash in cold water, to remove unnecessary parts.

On a heated with oil pan fry the hearts. They will give a liquid. Salt.

Add the finely chopped onion and garlic.

Season with seasoning (I have an Armenian spice mixture). To fry, lower the heat and cover to hearts good prototiles. Put them from the pan.

Cabbage divided into two halves. One part finely chopped, to prisolit and mash.

Put in the same oil the pan, where roasted hearts. Further, on the cabbage, put the garlic-onion hearts.

Tomatoes cut into slices. Lay on top of hearts.

The second part of cabbage to chop, to prisolit and mash. To put on top of tomato slices. Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) finely chopped. Sprinkle on a layer of cabbage. Add dry paprika.

Pour all the boiling water and butter. Cover, put on low fire and simmer for 30-45 minutes until cooked cabbage.
