Adjapsandali
Adjapsandali - a dish prepared from a mixture of vegetables. Can be eaten hot as a main dish, cold as an appetizer or a salad, harvested in the winter. As the recipe I have is universal - never add the potatoes in it.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1.5 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

Cut eggplant into large cubes, season with salt, squeeze and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. At the end of cooking add chopped garlic. At the same time in another pan fry chopped onion. When the onion is ready, add the bell pepper. After about five minutes add chopped into large cubes cundy peeled tomatoes, finely chopped garlic and hot pepper. Saute, combine with the eggplant, saute for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and greens. Bon appetit!
