Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

The liver mince with onions and carrots.

In the resulting mass add egg, baking powder, salt. Mix well.
