Dessert was prepared for the arrival of their daughter - was a very refined, easy, delicious, balanced and refreshing summer dessert. Peaches with caramel flavor and black currant ice-cream - insanely delicious!!!

Cooking
Black currants to sort out and punch with 1 tbsp sugar in a blender.
Whip the cream and carefully mix with currants. Lay on the molds - I used the silicone molds for chocolates. Remove in the freezer for 2 hours.
Oil to mix with the remaining sugar.
Peaches cut into halves and remove pits. To decompose the oil into the recess from beneath the bones, if necessary, to slightly deepen the recess.
Preheat the grill pan and put the peaches with the butter side down. On low heat cook until tender peaches, but peaches needs to keep in shape!!! To cool the peaches.
If the dessert is for adults - sprinkle favorite alcohol is very good whiskey or cognac. Put the blackcurrant ice cream. Decorate with mint and serve.
