Description
Cookies are actually the original and as my husband said, if you have your eyes closed, you will not understand, what is its composition. Very delicious combination of sweet caramel with salt in the French style. Idea taken from Martha Stewart.

Cooking
For biscuits take a universal brown sugar from "Mistral".
In the bowl of a food processor, put the chopped pieces of butter room temperature and sugar. Mix all into a smooth mass.
Add fine salt, vanilla and sifted flour, all mix well. Add the flour in parts, may need more or less flour.
In the end we get a soft elastic dough.
From test Osipyan pieces weighing 25-30 g, roll into balls.
Replusive balls and dip "front" side in coconut.
Bread dough and make a "hole", by any convenient fixture. Put tortillas on a baking sheet, covered with parchment, put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake until Golden about 20 minutes.
While cookies bake, make the filling. Take butterscotch, any flavor and possibilities I have with chocolate.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the cream, put the toffee and heat, stirring constantly, to dissolve the toffee.
Finally, we obtain a smooth paste.
Ready to get hot cookies from the oven and with a spoon put the paste filling in the center of each cookie. If the paste hardens, heat it a little bit. On top of the filling sprinkle with coarse salt crystals. I have pink salt is a gift from the "Cook". Give the liver to cool completely. Enjoy your tea!
