Fish salad for lovers of fish, dressed with olive butter.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    200 g

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Olive oil

Prepare the products. Boil the carrots in uniform. Cucumber peel from skin. We scald the onions (I fried). The Apple peel.

The fish boil. I added the peel from the cucumber, onion, allspice, cloves, pepper, salt.

Fish break hands on segments, other products are cut into cubes. Beans can replace the peas. The color of the beans doesn't matter.

All mix, season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put in a salad bowl, decorate. Bon appetit.
