Here's a piece of raw pumpkin I had. Rubbed it on a grater. Added kukuruzka and misted with lemon juice.
The salad was made over 2 minutes for this amount of time it oopali. Very tasty. I think kids will really enjoy it. Especially who are on a diet for a change. Bon appetit!!
