Ingredients

    150 ml

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Cardamom

Rice wash

To the milk add the butter, sugar, analny sugar and bring to a boil.

Add washed rice and cook thick porridge, stirring occasionally, about 25-30 min. allow the porridge to cool slightly.

The egg slightly beat with a fork.

Add egg to cooled porridge, stir.

Apple RUB on a coarse grater, add the optional cinnamon and cardamom.

Molds for baking grease with butter and fill with porridge 1/3.

Then spread the Apple.

Again porridge, again Apple. Apple sprinkle with sugar. Harvesting in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

Take out the puddings and serve hot to the table!
