Tomatoes - the basis of "Partisan". It is advisable to choose a juicy, but not "lax". First, make sure that the tomatoes are washed, but all the ingredients and tools you have at hand.
Then slice the tomatoes into circles, the thickness of which will depend on the hunger level of your guests.
Lay tomato slices on a large plate or dish, season with salt to taste and place on each tomato crushed garlic (also to taste). Do not overdo the garlic, otherwise your partisans armed with flamethrowers and are too hot.
Sprinkle each slice with grated on a fine grater cheese. Choose the cheese of your favorite. The more, the better. VARIATION: Some people like first, spread tomatoes with mayonnaise, and then pour the cheese. I don't do that, but it is also delicious.
