Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

Cooking

Cooked products. Raisins poured for 15 minutes, washed, dried on a towel. The dough is thawed.

On the table poured brown. sugar mixed with flour. On top lay 1 sheet of dough.

Melt SL. oil, add 2 tablespoons of granules. sugar, stir (until complete dissolution is not necessary). Lubricate single layer, evenly distributing the raisins.

Put the second layer.

Roll into a large flat rectangle. Sprinkle the cinnamon with 2 tbsp brown. sugar. Evenly throughout the reservoir.

Begin to wrap both sides to the center. Warm up the oven to 200g.

Sharp (!!!) with a knife cut into slices no thicker than 1 cm. I get 25 pieces. Spread on a baking sheet with an oiled parchment. Bake for 7 minutes on one side, flip the pretzels, and 7 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Keep your eyes open to avoid burning.
