Pancakes are wonderful, very delicate, with yoghurt and fruit. But I know that just pancakes will not surprise anyone, especially on a holiday, so we prepare them very interesting compliment - flavored oil. I offer you 3 kinds: strawberry, orange and lemon-cranberry. They are delicious and flavorful, like a cream! It's hard to stop, you can't eat just one oil! :D It makes not just any pancakes or hash Browns, but warm rolls, scones, toast or even a simple sandwich. Let the holiday be with you always!

For orange oil in a blender whisk until smooth 130 g butter room temperature 1/4 Cup. honey, 2 tsp orange peel, 1 tbsp orange juice and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
And for lemon-cranberry - 130 g of butter room temperature, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp chopped dried cranberries and 1 tsp. of lemon zest.
To prepare pancakes, lightly beat the egg.
Connect it with yogurt and melted butter. Whisk with a fork or whisk until smooth.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, soda, vanilla and pinch of cinnamon.
Pour yogurt mixture into dry and stir with a wooden spoon. If the dough will be too thick, add a little milk. The dough should drain freely from the spoon.
Add fruits and berries, stir.
Over medium heat preheat pan with a little vegetable oil. Spread 1 tbsp of dough at a distance from each other. Fry until the surface is draining and not covered with bubbles (for speed under cover).
Then flip and allow to fry on the other side. Ready pancakes to put on a plate and cover with foil to warm.
Serve with a slice of flavoured butter. The heart can be cut out with a mold for cookies.
