Thin Chinese biscuit

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp


Pour the flour in a bowl.
Water to boil, adding vegetable oil. And pour water in a thin stream into the flour. Stir.
Make dough, cover with a cloth and leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into three parts, each roll out into a sausage and cut into 8-10 parts.
Each part roll out very thin (use flour). The diameter should be approximately 15 cm.
And fry one by one on a dry pan (without adding oil) on low heat on both sides.
Ready spread on a damp towel until all are ready.
