Here on the website there is also a similar sandwich, but I have one different from all: my sandwich is a completely waste-free product. And given the fact that I don't love something fried in oil, even fried, for me it is a very good way, hearty Breakfast. Judge for yourself.

Cooking

step-0
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The rolls carefully cut off the top is the cover. Using a knife, carefully cut the core, being careful not to damage the bottom. Get these three parts. The first 2 parts leaving aside and work with the latter.
step-1
A roll and put in baking dish. At the bottom of the bun spread 2 teaspoons of minced meat and spread evenly over the surface. (If desired, you can use sausage, ham, - who is closer. In this case you will need one thin slice, which needs a little trim to fit inside the buns). Pour on top of the beaten egg and sprinkle with spices. Put the form in the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes depending on the number of eggs.
step-2
You can, of course, to restore this beauty and carefully pour the whole egg, but the sandwich will be ready in 15 min. longer, and in the future, the yolk may burst and pour out - proven.
step-3
Meanwhile, prepare the toppings. Tomato cut into circles, pepper cut into slices of a size such that they fit in the hole brioche, cut cheese into thin plates (cheese and you can grate – it's a matter of taste and time).
step-4
Remove the pan from the oven. For baked mince and egg to put bell pepper,
step-5
Then the cheese.
step-6
The core of biscuits and slightly flatten.
step-7
Now the tomato.
step-8
Cheese and lid rolls. It would be really good if the cheese protrudes slightly beyond the edges of the rolls, when heated, it melts and thus will be very good to seal all the layers. Put the form in the oven for another 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
step-9
After 2 minutes, you'll get the sandwich. Bon appetit!
