Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Oatmeal to grind into flour (I in a coffee grinder)

Add cane sugar, cocoa and baking powder.

Pour in the milk, oil and stir in the egg. Whisk until smooth

Fill with dough cookie cutters (paper-I) 2/3. Put in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
