Cooking
The basis of our meals is meat. In my case, it's ham, but you can take any meat such as pastrami, or bacon, or ham. In nature we take the Packed box and the place has laid it on a plate. Can be made as one large dish and portioned.
The second component zucchini. I love its taste, cooked on an open fire or coals. Take a whole zucchini and place cut rings.
Our marinade for zucchini - olive oil, soy sauce and sea salt. I love this combination because it gives the vegetables a great taste.
Spread zucchini on the grill and fry with 2 sides. In my home design - it is a frying pan grill.
Prepare the dressing for appetizer: we need the juice of half a lime, soy sauce and honey. The sauce can be made in advance, pour in a bottle and on the nature to use as directed.
Spread the finished zucchini to the ham.
Sprinkle with pine nuts, decorate with the Basil sprigs and enjoy a stunning combination of ham and zucchini on the grill.
