These are products that we need. So, take the cheese slices 1 cm thick, spread them on the greens, then the sausage (the slices should also be 1 cm thick), then lay out the greens and cheese. Fasten rolls with wooden skewers (I had the usual floss). Beat the egg, add the red pepper, a little salt. Dip the meatballs in egg, coat in breadcrumbs, fry in vegetable oil until crisp. Serve with cherry tomatoes and herbs. Bon appetit!
