In a classic recipe for pork, I had beef. The meat is cut into strips, as thin as possible and fry in hot olive oil. I used ginger oil. Prepared according to this recipe [url=http://www.pova renok.ru/recipes/sho w/34960/]Ginger oil[/url]
Once meat is slightly browned, add the onions, roughly chopped, and soy sauce, fry for 5 minutes.
Arbitrarily cut the arrows of garlic and fry in a separate pan for about 15 minutes.
To the meat add fried hands, mix well and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve it hot, but cold is good too. BON APPETIT!
