300 g

Butter
30 g

Garlic

Milk
125 ml

Powder mustard
0.5 tsp

Products.
Melt in the pan butter, put the mushrooms caps.
Fry one side until Golden brown, flip to the other, add the garlic.
Quickly fry the second (to make sure that the garlic is not burnt).
Mix the milk and mustard powder.
Pour the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat slightly and saute until the sauce thickens.
Mushrooms ready!
