Strawberry-mint cake with chocolate

While baked cakes, prepare the cream. Dissolve gelatin in warm water, let infused (gelatin manufacturers are different, follow the instructions on the package) sour Cream and sugar beat with a mixer about 2 minutes till the sugar is dissolved. We will have two types of cream, so divide the cream into two parts in such proportions: for the mint-cream - 1/4, for a strawberry - 3/4.
