Tuna salad
Light and fresh salad with a simple set of products. Very tasty salad. The first time I cooked it about 5 years ago, everyone loved it. Since then, I try to always keep in the refrigerator a jar of canned tuna in its own juice or in oil. Quickly cooked and immediately served at the table. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Lettuce

    100 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Iceberg lettuce or other crispy lettuce cut into thin strips

Fleshy sweet peppers cut into small cubes

Eggs cleaned from the shell and grind

Pour from a can of tuna liquid, tuna spread in a bowl and mash with a fork.

To the tuna add the vegetables and eggs

Stir add salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and immediately served to the table.
