Plum cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Drain

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Leavening agent

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Eggs, softened margarine, cheese, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and flour - I mixed until smooth in a food processor. (The flour pour gradually better, its amount is highly dependent on the cheese – if dry, then you need less if too wet – then more). The batter should not be thick, but thicker than the consistency of sour cream.

Plum wash, broken in half, pull out seeds.

In the finished dough pour half the plums and stir until smooth. Form of grease with butter, pour the batter and put it in the oven at 200*C, about 40-50 minutes.
