Pancakes from mashed potatoes
I was preparing a snack cake with these pancakes. Pancakes baked and seeing how rapidly they began to disappear from the plates, began to doubt whether there will be cake at least one pancake. So I decided to send them to independent swimming and submit as a separate recipe. Pancakes are delicious, with minimalnye the amount of flour, ideal for the disposal of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    350 g

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Mix mashed potatoes with milk, and then eggs, flour and salt.

Fry on a heated frying pan, each time lubricating it with vegetable oil. Fry better not too thin pancakes, because they work well, very tender. PS If the dough add one onion, finely chopped and fried until light brown colour, the pancakes will taste even better!!! Of this number ingredients I got 12 crepes with a diameter of 26cm.
