Cooking
In a bowl mix the yeast, some warm milk, for 1H.l. sugar and flour. Leave on for 10-15 min. before the advent of "cap"
Melt butter and leave to cool.
Sift flour, add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, add the yeast, remaining milk, knead the dough.
At the end of kneading add the melted butter (can be warm but not hot).
Once again good to knead, the dough should be soft, elastic and not stick to the hands. Put in a bowl (you can shoot it with cling film like I have), cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls, I finally got 15 pieces.
Jam mixed with 1 tablespoon of flour (that did not spread, the taste is not affected). I had a jam from a black currant (berries grinded in a blender with the sugar, the proportions don't remember, made to taste, not much sour was). The ball of dough to stretch in the palm, put incomplete a teaspoon of jam, wrap. Put the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with milk, egg and vegetable oil (1tbsp. spoon of milk, 1 egg, 1tbsp.l. vegetable oil), to give time for 15 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until Browning. (The last steps to photograph did not have time :-( )
And it looks like the bun in the rift :-)
