Cooking
Take a small ripe, firm pears, wash, remove peel, leaving the tails. Cut the "bottom" to steadily stood in the dessert.
Take a saucepan, pour water (400 ml), and pour the brown sugar, add the saffron, cinnamon, star anise.
Put pears in syrup and boil. Cook for roughly 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of your pears. If the water doesn't fully cover the pears, then carefully turn them in the cooking process.
Carefully take out the pears (not the tails, otherwise it can come off). I took a spoon with holes. Allow them to cool slightly. The syrup is set aside, it can be used for pies.
Prepare jelly. You can take any fruit or berry juice, mix with sugar to taste and add gelatin, soaked according to package instructions. But for brightness I decided to use ready-made jelly of different flavor and color. Dissolve jelly according to package instructions (usually add less water, about 200 ml each pack).
Take the glasses, kremenici, which will be serving our dessert, put them in gently pear.
Pour the pears are slightly cooled jelly, leaving about a quarter with a tail flooded. If you still have jello, then pour it into any molds. Allow the dessert to cool completely and put in refrigerator for freezing. At least 2 hours.
A frozen dessert is served straight from the fridge. Bon appetit! Good luck in the New year!
