Cooking
The sugar and eggs vzbit in a lush foam.

Melt 100 grams of chocolate (I took coffee) on a steam bath for the cream.
Whip the cream to soft peaks and, not stopping to whisk, pour the warm chocolate. Get a gentle cream.
Top of the cream first cake layer and sprinkle with nuts.
Put the second cake on top, cover with cream, grate 50 gr. chocolate and sprinkle them top and sides of cake. Decorate with nuts and chocolate decoration.
The cake is ready, before serving, I sprinkled it a little cocoa.
