As always, jump in a departing train. This time with the interesting texture of rice ice cream. You know, many have started hot days in the last week of lent really want something sweet. Raisins, nuts, rice... lean and delicious!

Cooking
Let's start with rice milk. For this one part rice to pour four parts of water, in my case, 100 ml of rice and 400 ml of water. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the rice is tender. Give it not much to cool in the water. For rice TM "Mistral" thank the Light Puziks.
Then the rice along with the water and grind using a blender. And RUB it through a sieve. Rice milk is ready! It can be drunk just like that, diluted with water, with your favorite fruit or spices. And you can go further...
The sugar syrup. In a pan or in skillet to boil on medium heat 120 gr. sugar 30 ml water, stirring constantly, when the syrup will thicken and become brown, add another 30 ml of water. Mix with rice milk. At this stage, added the olive oil is cold pressed, which is not required. If the mixture is very thick, you can dilute a small amount of boiled water.
Skip through a meat grinder raisins and your favorite nuts (2 times). I had already prepared almond flour. All connect together. You can use the blender to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. If You have no ice cream maker, place in a deep bowl and in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove, beat with a mixer. Retry 3 times every 30 minutes.
